The Diabolical Devices modified Alesis HR-16 is really fun. It still can be played and programmed normally. This particular HR-16 has a master pitch control via sample rate reduction controlled by a single knob on top. The guys have also come up with a super-cool looking and ingenious patchbay system. The HR-16 comes with five LED patchers that flash differently depending where you place it in the jack grid. Sweet.
